Changes are saved on your device first and synced when you're back online, so a cold storeroom or a basement freezer doesn't stop you working.
Shared spaces belong to everybody in them
If you delete your account, a space other people use is handed over — never deleted out from under them. Only a space nobody else uses goes with you.
Permissions, not job titles
What someone can see is set per person. A bookkeeper can be given the accounts without the warehouse; a weekend hire can count stock without seeing anyone's wages.
